1) What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?

When you have decided to purchase a new home the first step is deciding what are the most important things you are looking for in your new home. These things might be location, number of beds/baths, outdoor space or other must haves. Then, contact a realtor that is familiar with that community, the realtor can help you with finding a lender if you haven't already found one. They will also show you all the houses that fit your criteria.

2) What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?

About two to three months before you are ready to sell your home, start decluttering your home. A fresh coat of paint goes a long way to make your home look clean and updated. Tidy up your yard, great curb appeal is the first impression any home buyer will have. Then contact a realtor in your community.
