Finally getting around to leaving this review after a month in our new home! My husband and I were lucky enough to be connected with Nicole through realtor.com in December. Right away during the first conversation with her I was impressed with her obvious intelligence and confidence but also loved and felt relieved that she isnt pushy and intimidating like many real estate agents. ?? Immediately she started helping us look for our new home. We looked at dozens of properties on realtor, Zillow, and OneHome but struggled to find what we were looking for. For over 6 months, Nicole stuck with us, constantly being in communication and going with us to look at property after property all over L.A. County. Finally, in June, we walked into a beautiful, fully updated condo in the area we were looking at and in our price range. Nicole and I both knew immediately this was it. After having made offers on 3 properties prior, my husband and I had finally found our home. It wasnt easy, and it was made even more difficult by a nightmare 45-day escrow in which we had to change mortgage lenders twice and had to keep updating our financials. Nicole stuck with us through it all. She was our rock, so dependable and knowledgeable. Im so glad we found her and we are so happy in our new home.
