Before getting into real estate I worked in retail as a regional manager for Nordstrom. Caroline and her team at eXp Realty were amazing. I had to navigate selling an estate that was in probate and they walked me through every step of the process. They provided wonderful referrals for house clean outs and made the process seamless. I knew I was going to be away for closing and they provided every means necessary for me to finalize everything before leaving. Everyone was very surprised at how fast the home sold, the selling price and the ease at which closing happened. None of that would have been done without the help of Caroline and her constant communication and her team who pulled everything together! Would definitely use them again!

Sarah has been absolutely wonderful! This is my first time buying real estate and I couldn't have asked for a better agent to work with. I met Sarah at my first open house in November 2021 I feel like we clicked right away. I'm the kind of person who likes to form my own opinions about things and I'll often feel pressured, say in a store, if someone tries to upsell me or make suggestions in a pushy way, but Sarah has really let me lead this entire process, which I appreciate so much! I never felt pressured or anything like that and I think she really took my feedback on each property we looked at into account.When I went to put an offer in on the place I eventually got, she was especially helpful in providing comps and advice on the offer and coordinated the home inspection within a day so that we could move fast. Her promptness helped me feel comfortable enough to put in an offer that I felt was competitive and she followed up quickly when we made an amendment to make it even more effective. I really feel like the place I'm getting has been a team effort and I thank Sarah so much for helping me through this process in such a crazy market!
