About Nicole Junker

Real Estate Professional Hi, My name is Nicole Junker, I have been in the Real Estate industry since 2001. Starting on the mortgage side of the business I worked with first time home buyers guiding them through the buying process. I also taught first time home buyer classes with my mortgage partner. Switching over to the real estate side of the business has given me a more complete perspective on how the process works. I pull from all my experiences to guide any buyer or seller through their process. I have helped buyers and sellers at all stages of life and love the challenges that it presents. Our local newspaper and residents voted Nicole "Apple Valley's Favorite Realtor" in both 2017-2020!! Nicole is very knowledgeable about the area, the process and many features that different homes have. If she doesnt have an answer, shell get it. Shes friendly, personable, quick to respond (even when it involved questions on the sale of our house in another state). Moving can be very emotional and difficult. She talked me off the ledge a couple times. We are the 5th buyers from our immediate and extended family who have hired Nicole. We wont hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell.
