Nicole was the perfect buyers realtor for us. She was very patient as we searched for our house. Nicole never hesitated to join us to see houses even though the area we were looking into was quite a drive for her. She was very knowledgeable about the work that would need to be done to improve some of the properties we looked at, and was very honest and realistic about it. We also valued her research and keen sense of property values which helped us to make the best decisions regarding our offer and subsequent negotiations. Nicole supported us well throughout the entire home-buying process, from the initial showings to the final walk-through and closing.

Nicole is an excellent realtor who really works for you! She makes you feel like you're her only client, carefully understanding your needs and the current market. Together with Andrew on her team - who is also a builder - they have an understanding of homes that are unmatched. They have helped us find a house twice and each time she showed us as many houses as we needed and the negotiation and closing processes were so smooth and stress-free for us.
