Great experience with Meghann Deleshaw and Nicole Hartenbach in Huntsville, AL helping us to find our next home! Meghann had an extremely efficient and organized plan when I arrived from out of state. It was a whirlwind, but Dare I say, we even had fun and ended up finding our new build home on day ONE! Meghann was amazing! We were buying from a distance, but she went out of her way to make sure we got exactly what we wanted. There was one point where it would have been easy (and profitable!) for her to let us go through with an offer that seemed good. Looking back, it was overpriced and not really what we wanted. She stuck with us and made sure we felt confident before we committed. Since we were doing most things remotely, she handled inspectors and contractors. I'd choose her again in a heartbeat!
