ZillowVERIFIEDWe started working with Nicole in the middle of 2020 to try to find our dream home. When I first called her she picked up the phone right away (I think it was a Sunday morning even!) She showed us a number of homes and helped us understand what our rights as purchasers were and what our bargaining position was like. Once we found the right place, we listed our previous home (at the height of the crazy covid market). She had a professional come in and take amazing pictures of our home. We had 16 showings in one weekend and we were under contract within a week. The process was long and hectic but Nicole was always available for questions and advice. When I felt like I couldn't get answers from my attorney she would reach out on my behalf. Nicole is definitely a hard worker and stands by her clients no matter what happens. So grateful to her for making our move go as smooth as possible. I recommend her to everyone I know!
