Nicole was amazing! As a first time buyer couple barely starting to explore for a new home, my fiance and I had no clue where to start and felt overwhelmed with the whole process. We started working with our mortgage guy first who got us pre approved and referred us to Nicole. Throughout the entire process, she was amazing and extremely responsive, no matter what time of day it was she always answered and was able to get us to a house viewing almost immediately. We had a group chat and with all of the schedules conflicting, Nicole always made it work to assist us and answer any questions. What we appreciated most is that Nicole was a straight shooter and always upfront and honest with us and the selling agents. If you want someone who is going to go to bat and do everything in their power to help you, I'd definitely recommend Nicole! The home buying process is a roller coaster of emotions from finding a home you love, bidding against other buyers, getting outbid, and trying to buy the house of your dreams. We had found our house that we both loved and Nicole went to bat for us with the selling agent and after one of the most stressful back and forth couple of days, Nicole was able to get us our dream home and get the seller to drop the price $28,000! Which was amazing for the market that we are living in today. I highly recommend Nicole if you are looking to buy a house based on the followings:1. Nicole is very punctual and organized. I sent an average 5-6 properties I want to see every week during my house hunting. Nicole was able to arrange viewing for all of them in timely manner. All the viewings were organized by Nicole to be within the proximity of each other, thus, minimizing the back-and-forth driving between property. Another great trait about Nicole that I like is she is very punctual. She has not been late to meet me at any of my viewings. Even when she needs to attend personal medical appointment, Nicole ensures that I was taken care of asking her colleague to help with showing me the houses.2. Nicole is very knowledgeable at the the buying process, inspection, appraisal and all the necessary paperwork. She made the buying process seem like a walk in the park by thoroughly explain every single step in the process to help me make informed decision. Beside gaining a beautiful property, I was able to learn so much from Nicole regarding the process of buying a house. In my opinion, that is a great bargain as knowledge and information are expensive to obtain now-a-day.3. Nicole is very responsive when it comes to communication. All I have to say is this "Her "Read" text message receipt is always on." In this day and age, that means a lot. I know, because I would never leave my "Read" message receipt on.4. Nicole is also an excellent negotiator. Nicole was able to negotiate my house from $575000 to $540000.......... IN SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA. I hope that I will get to work with Nicole again when I am ready to buy a second house and I would not hesitate to recommend Nicole to my closed friends and family members.
