About Nicole Causey

Real estate isn't about sales, it's about service, and award-winning agent Nicole Causey delivers it in spades. Canadian-born but Bay Area-raised, Nicole's family moved to Fremont when she was 10 years old. While earning her B.A. in Business Administration, Nicole worked in retail, and after graduation, she was promoted to Business Account Manager. She excelled in that position until a serendipitous meeting with a friend led to a job interview with a local top-producing agent. The interview turned into a position that taught her the ins-and-outs of prospecting, marketing, and negotiating. It was a fantastic experience that enabled Nicole to personally manage over 200 home sales -- and gain quite the real estate education! With her well-honed customer service skills and newly acquired real estate experience, she obtained her license in 2004, and has been a full-time agent ever since. In addition to her professional background, Nicole's strong work ethic, self-challenging nature, and intrinsic motivation have made her a highly successful agent. That success has earned her recognition as a Pinnacle Agent with the Bay East Association of Realtors(R) every year since 2011 and the No. 2 spot out of 34,000 agents nationwide at her previous brokerage. To Nicole, the awards are a byproduct of her true passion -- enriching her clients' lives through homeownership. Nicole's hobbies include traveling, reading, renovations, interior design, wine tasting, and spending time with her family. She also loves animals and has a menagerie, including a dog, two cats, and backyard chickens. She is on the Board of Directors for SAVE, which assists domestic violence victims in the Tri-City area, and she volunteers for Adopt an Angel, which provides holiday gifts for children in protective services and foster care in the East Bay.

Nicole was the absolute best realtor we could've asked for. Everhome Real Estate was amazing to work with buying our new home and selling our previous home. We worked with Nicole Causey to sell our home and she knew everything we should do to get the most money for our house. We ended up getting 9 offers on our house and it sold over our asking price! We were very surprised to sell for over asking price, especially given that the market was trending downward when we started the process. For buying our new house we worked with Lindsey Peters and she was on top of everything! Every question we had was answered and she gave great recommendations that resulted in us getting the house we wanted and for below the asking price! We understand that most realtors get 5 star reviews. Nicole deserves 10 stars. Nicole helped us in selling our home recently. It is hard to believe how effortless the whole transaction was considering we don't live in the area.She has a firm grasp on local real estate market and price trends. Her remodel team led by Nick works at an unbelievable pace. She also is not very pushy, talks minimally, listens more, gets work done fast and goes the extra mile while doing that.
