My husband and I have worked with Nikki three times since 2018, and they were all great experiences. All three times we've worked together, she has demonstrated herself to be extremely knowledgeable about the local market, as well as responsive and customer-service oriented. The first time we worked together, she helped us buy a house in Pinehurst and helped us deal with a very difficult seller's agent. When we unexpectedly needed to sell the house only 1.5 years later, she was so easy to work with and ensured a smooth sale for us after we had moved out of town. More recently, she helped us sell a rental property. We ended up getting more for that property than we had expected, and I would attribute much of our success to Nikki's savvy negotiating abilities in a multi-offer situation. We would never dream of using anyone else for buying or selling real estate in Moore County!
