She is so great to work with, never aggressive or pushy, gets involved to whatever level you want her to. Comes to a showing prepared, gives you the facts and steps back. During negotiations I ask about something that might save me a few bucks and each time she has already taken care of it and did it in my favor not hers. She has gone above and beyond in every aspect from just looking, to wanting to view, advice and expertise on making an offer right down to closing details. She doesn't just submit an offer, she go's home and figures out how she can write it up to make it the most desirable. Not dropping it then, but following it up well into the evening and early morning fighting for us to get what we want. We thought we got a realtor, we got a new best friend. She stays in touch, wanting to see upgrades we made, love getting together just to chat and enjoy some pizza. I can sell my own house but Nicoletakes so much pressure off the whole transaction and every decision she makes, every paper she signs she has my best interest in mind not hers. She has saved us a ton of money and lots of headaches, worth her weight in Gold.
