Originally from Baton Rouge, Louisiana, she is a proud mother of 3 kids, ages ranging from 12-15 years old. Nicky Nicole has been a realtor for 2 1/2 years now and is well known for being happy and sharing her positive inspiration across social media platforms. She is known for her love for God and her positive, contagious energy. As soon as she starts speaking, you can instantly hear and feel her energy. Not a day goes by where a new person she meets tells her they love her energy. Prior to becoming a full time real estate agent, she worked as a contract administrator for an engineering company. As a Contract Administrator, she learned how to carefully review contract language, monitor contract status and follow up with clients to ensure they understood timelines and details of the contract. Nicky decided she wanted to become a real estate agent when she and her boyfriend, who is now her fiance, started the process of building a home in late 2017. The home buying process as a whole sparked her interest and she began her studies online to become a licensed real estate agent. In February 2018, Nicky became a licensed agent. Because her fiance is a veteran of the United States Marine Corp., she decided to further her studies so she could become familiar with working with current and former military service members to find housing solutions that best suit their needs and take full advantage of military benefits and support. She received certification from the National Association of Realtors and is now certified as a Military Relocation Professional. Her first 3 months into being a realtor, she was awarded the top listing agent for June 2018 with her previous brokerage. Nicky sold 11 homes her first year as a realtor, 15 homes her second year and as of October 2020, she has already sold over 20 homes. Nicky believes her slogan "Nicky Nicole Gets It Sold!" speaks for itself. Nicky has a record of getting homes under contract in less than 10 days. She is known for working great with other realtors to achieve the ultimate goal of getting a home sold. She is excited about meeting new customers and helping them achieve their real estate needs. Her goal is to educate customers in building financial wealth by investing in real estate. As your Realtor, Nicky will be an advocate for you. Nicky is passionate about one day opening a non-profit organization to help young girls who grew up similar to the way she did, who need guidance to help them conquer life's challenges. Nicky is the first in her family to become a business owner. She believes that negative family cycles can be passed down from generation to generation, but the cycle stops with her and her children. Nicky is inspired by several motivational speakers. She is especially inspired by Pastor Micheal Todd at Transformation Church of Tulsa, Oklahoma. She likes that Michael Todd speaks on real life issues that most pastors don't have the courage to speak upon. She says he's a Pastor that "Keeps It Real." She believes he is talented and God sent to help people in the world become better. She is also inspired by John C. Maxwell, Les Brown, Tony Robbins and Lisa Nichols.
