During this holiday season as we all think back on things we are grateful for, one of the I am most grateful for this year was getting to know Nicki Kingston. Nicki was my buyers agent as I moved to Vancouver from another state. She listened when I told her what I was looking for and what my budget was and then showed me several properties that fit my specifications. In the end, she helped me through a rather difficult FSBO negotiation (which she didn't have to do) and I ended up with a house that was just right for me.
