1) What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?
Make sure you reach out to a trusted lender to get pre-approved. The pre-approval helps determine how much you can afford and find your comfort level when searching for homes in a price point you feel comfortable at. The home buying process can get overwhelming at times, so make sure to ask lots of questions along the way and trust your agent, we do this day in and day out and come with lots of experience:)
3) What types of clients have you worked with?
first time homeowner's, clients downsizing, out of state buyers, investors, clients upgrading, military families, estate sales
4) Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?
It is hard to describe just one transaction that I am fond of. Each and every transaction has its own story with a happy ending. Seeing the smiles on closing day, is one of the best feelings!
5) How did you get started in Real Estate?
I have always had a passion for helping others. With years of experience in sales and customer service, I decided I wanted to help people in one of the biggest decisions of their lives, buying/selling a home. I want to be there for my clients every step of the way and make the process less stressful and more enjoyable while constantly keeping my clients best interest in mind.
