Ive had the opportunity to travel the world and purchase/sell four homes(NC, TX-two homes and Tennessee). On December 31, 2020, my mother passed and left me her estate! It was horrifying since this was a process, I was unfamiliar with, and I was in pain with COVID. On January 9, 2020, upon returning to my residence in Dallas TX, I learned that my brother changed all the locks on my estate and began to squat. It was such a horrible process since I was grieving and lived 1000 miles away. I hired an attorney, went through the probate process, and spiraled into a nightmare journey to sell my mothers home. After seven excruciating months and a restraining order, I had him evicted. August 2022, the court ruled in my favor and my attorney stated to sell the home ASAP. And that I did, my first two attempts to sell December 2021 and October 2022 was thwarted with violent attacks from my brother and both realtors back out. I was grief stricken, tired, $20,000 in the hole for court costs and upgrading my property to sell. After October 2022 lost sell, Id lost all hope and hit Rock Bottom! On November 22, 2022 Nick Welage called asking if he could sell the property. Since it was my birthday aEUR" I took it as a sign!! Nick was so compassionate after hearing a much-detailed version of my circumstances. He further went on to tell me that he would sell 2411 Kenton Street, that he wanted to do that for me. We Zoomed, talked it out with my non-chalant caring attitude, I was EXHAUSTED! Nick reassured me that he would sell my home and not to worry. I said okay, what did I have to loose! Nick went to work immediately and sent regular updates on progress. He possesses a unique quality of human kindness and transparency. Nick wasnt overbearing and hes highly motivated, I knew he was the one. He negotiated on my behalf; I was too drained to make any decisions. He coached me through each process with detail and prodded me to sign documents since I was so low! Nick did in less than three months what I couldnt achieve in three years and for more profit than I ever imagined! In fact, my closing was sooner than we thought. I sit here in awe, I'm in such a different place since weve connected. In all actuality I dont feel these words can truly speak as to how Nick helped me. We live in a very different world these days, nothing is certain, yet we can still strive best if we dont give up. I didn't give up because of a phone call on my birthday by one of the most excellent, compassionate coolest dudes I know.
