My husband and I worked with Nick and his team when we relocated to South Dakota in 2019. Nick did a great job. He was patient with us as we looked at multiple houses. When we could not find one in the exact location we wanted, he encouraged us to look outside that immediate area...and he was right! Later that day he showed us a house that ended up being the one. We lived happily there for four years until another life event lead to us moving to Missouri. Without question, we reached out to Nick to be our sellers agent. Nick worked with us to maximize our return by suggesting improvements. Through the process of improvements he remained in contact, offering help when possible. We listed our home in the summer of 2023, with the hopes of moving in the fall of that year. Nick and his team developed a strategy to sell our home quickly, and at a fair price. The buyer we ended up working with was challenging. Nick did a great job walking us through the deal. He listened patiently to our frustrations. There is not a doubt in my mind that his professionalism is what kept that deal together. We closed the sale of our home in October of 2023. Although Nick cannot represent us in real estate transactions anymore (based on our relocation) he has still stayed in contact, following up with us, checking in on life, and hoping for a smooth transition to our new life. Nick is a kind person and a savvy business man. I would highly recommend him to family and friends looking for a real estate agent in the southeast South Dakota region.
