All the moving parts of those three sides, I managed the expectations for value and profit efficiently and juggled all the moving pieces with vendors that dealt with organizers, movers, builders, and buying clients that were buying our listings that were new to the process. I was able to effectively communicate with agents in Pennslyvania market the needs of the client, expectations for the sale and maintained communication all the way through the closing. 3 transactions all done seamlessly with in a 3 week period with happy customers!
