Nick Scroggs

Originally from Durham, NC, Nick moved to Sussex County in 2001 after studying philosophy at Virginia Wesleyan College. He spent the summer in Rehoboth Beach and never left. He has a background in property and rental management as well as in leasing consulting. He previously worked for Jack Lingo Asset Management and Windward Communities. Nick has been a sales agent with Jack Lingo, Inc., REALTOR® since 2019. "Being active in the local community is important," he says. Therefore, he has spent his spare time coaching lacrosse at local high schools. His favorite pastime activity is hanging out with his family and dogs at the beach.
