Nick is a Florida native and currently resides in Parrish with his wife and three children. After attending the University of Louisville, he began his real estate career in fractional vacation ownership where he gained an adept knowledge of pricing and negotiation techniques and strategies to close hundreds of transactions. He went on to manage a large portfolio of resort locations and multiple sales teams. His unique position allowed him to travel extensively around the U.S. and Caribbean and as a result, he gained a unique perspective of different global economies and cultures. Most recently, Nick has been working for a large home builder that spans across the state of Florida. This allowed him to gain invaluable insight into not only the construction process of new homes, but the overall supply chain, strategy, and market of new construction. He applies his in- depth knowledge of this industry to ensure a seamless and efficient real estate transaction for his clients.
