So let's just imagine the level of stress. However, Nick made the process and experience smoothe. Nick is a very qualified, knowledgeable, and customer service focused real estate professional. My last recent real estate transaction in Puerto Rico was very challenging due to the difficulties I had with both my bank as the seller and the buyer's bank. When requesting my pay off letter from my local bank on the island they advised me they will be sending through regular mail however when I requested that the pay off letter be emailed because the closing was soon and time was of the essence however, I was informed that it was not possible to send a 1 page letter through email and when I asked why the bank customer service agents didn't really have an answer for me. Thanks to Nick's assistance I was finally able to get the payoff letter emailed to me after Nick helped me by jointly conferencing calling the bank with me on 2 or 3 occasions. Dealing with the buyers bank (mortgage company) was equally as challenging. Several days prior to the closing I kept requesting from the buyers mortgage company the closing cost statement (again very basic information) but they would not provide me this information in a timely fashion, it was like "pulling teeth". I had explained to the bank that I needed a few days notice to make sure that I had enough time to withdraw any necessary funds but again it was like banging my head against the wall when dealing with this other bank as well. Thanks to Nick's assistance I was FINALLY able to get from the buyer's bank the closing costs statement. Again, I was asking for very basic information from both banks and that it be sent to me in a reasonably timely manner but I've just come to the realization that things move very slooooowly on the island as compared to the mainland. But again, despite all these difficult situations that I faced with both banks Nick was extremely helpful in helping me resolve these challenges and would recommend him to anyone needing to buy, sell, or rent property in the San Juan, PR area.

Nick was an incredibly reliable, professional, personable, prompt, considerate, thorough (should I keep going?) realtor. Having Nick as my realtor was one of the best decisions that could have been made. There were times when my home buying process quite literally may have fallen through if it werent for Nick. He worked around the clock (nights and weekends!) to see that every single detail of the transaction was seen through with meticulous care and the utmost friendly demeanor.
