Nick serves as Managing Director and Co-Founder for Boutique National. Prior to his role in Bounat, Nick served as Executive Director, Partner for KW Commercial. Throughout his career, he has been involved with hundreds of transactions spanning across all facets of commercial real estate. Nick specializes in creative marketing of commercial properties in an effort to partner with clients to meet and exceed expectations. Working with institutional clients, large investment firms, publicly traded REITs, in addition to assisting private investors. Nick provides effective solutions for clients portfolio of Assets and has extensive experience with multi-family, retail, office, industrial, self-storage, hospitality, and land development. Recent notable clients served: Wells Fargo, Platinum Bank, Centerstate Bank, Rent-A-Center, California Closets, ABC Imaging, College Hunks Hauling Junk, Firehouse Subs, Midas, and Burger FI. Nick has earned the CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation, which is recognized as an expert in the commercial and investment real estate industry.
