Nick was great to work with and very patient. It took over a year to find the right house given the limited supply but never rushed anything. He had extensive knowledge of the area and was a great resource for a first time home buyer. He also has an extensive network of contractors, handymen, etc... to do any work after finding a home. We initially met Nick about 6 years ago at an open house we were viewing and he was representing. First impressions matter and he came across helpful and knowledgeable and he was willing to spend time talking to us and giving advice, even though he wasnt representing us. Fast forward to now, we were in the need of selling our condo and purchasing a house, and we still remembered Nick (he remembered us as well!). Living almost 2000 miles away, we had such trepidation choosing the right listing agent to sell a home in the Bay Area based only on a phone conversation. Especially so because the last property we sold in California using a different realtor was a nightmare of details left unattended and then last-minute scrambles and surprises. In contrast, working with Nick was seamless; he anticipated everything and each detail, no matter how small, was expeditiously handled. We were able to rest in the confidence that everything was in order. His recommendations to improve the property for sale were spot on. The color choices, small updates, and thoughtful attention to detail were perfect. Nick and his staff talked us through the voluminous government paperwork in no time and then took over everything. The way he scheduled and managed all the different pieces: repair, painting, landscaping, cleaning, staging, photos, listing and open house was brilliant. Nicks subcontractors were skilled and worked as a team to get the house listed within just a couple of weeks. Not one day was wasted, he kept us up to date on progress and made it appear effortless. Always pleasant and available and always with a good handle on the moving parts, he is the consummate professional. When the house went on the market, we were so pleased with how he worked with other agents and their offers. Researching online, we had an idea of the price we hoped to get and yet the offer we accepted was so much more than we could have dreamed and over 20% more than listed.
