EPIC REALTOR ALERT! I decided to sell my home in July 2021 after living there for 11 years. I used a third party company that connected me to Nick. Nick essentially entered into an agreement to make less commission while providing the same services. And boy oh boy did I make him work for that commission. I have a laundry list of all of the cliche things to say about knowledgeable professionals who over-achieve such as Nick, but honestly those words would NOT be enough to tell you how amazing Nick was. The sale of my home consisted of everything that you can imagine going wrong, multiple delayed settlements, incompetent loan officers, grumpy inspectors, etc., including an initial buyer who was declined THE DAY OF SETTLEMENT. None of these problems were created by Nick but all of the problems were resolved by Nick. He NEVER took his eye off the ball. He made me feel like my deal was the most important deal for him, despite being a highly sought after realtor. He was a superhero working to make things happen so that I wouldn't have to stress. Nick even found me a CASH buyer less than a week after my initial buyer fell through. He did EVERYTHING he said he would do and more. He set clear timelines, communicated effectively, was transparent about the process, and was so responsive to my questions, and even put up with my venting. He was confident and knowledgeable about the entire process. For every problem the sale presented, Nick had an immediate solution and guided me through next steps. I honestly don't have the words to say exactly how I feel about Nick. He was a Godsend and performed literal miracles to get my house sold. He even followed up in the days after to make sure I was funded properly. Nick THANK YOU. You are the best thing that has happened to real estate in the Delco area. If you want a realtor who will go above and beyond, who knows his stuff, and will work to get you the best deal, only ONE person for the job--Nick Bahateridis.

Nick was absolutely exceptional in every respect. As an agent, he has to be the creme de la creme. He was patient, courteous and professional, and never pressured me at any time. When we toured the properties, he would diligently scrutinize everything and review the sellers' disclosures, etc. I was coming in from Maryland to look at properties in Philadelphia and surrounding areas. Nick would tour the houses in advance and send me videos of the properties prior to my arrival in town. He would also scout the neighborhoods for me, which helped me out tremendously since I was not familiar with the area. I could not have asked for a better agent! As a civil engineer, I have to deal with different stakeholders all the time. The level of integrity and professionalism that Nick exhibits goes over and beyond the call of duty
