About Nick Badalian

"Seasoned at a young age" is the best way to sum up Nick's real estate background. His real estate career started at the ripe age of nineteen. While others his age were buying their first car, starting college, or working their first job, Nick decided he wanted to purchase his first investment property. It was a real fixer upper. Nick's determination, along with many sleepless nights, paid off and the whole process turned out to be a positive experience for him. He completed the rehab project and sold the property twenty months after purchasing it - all while was attending college! This was the beginning of his enthusiasm for everything involved with real estate, including property management. After several investment purchases, Nick pursued his real estate license and received his Realtor license. He began selling residential real estate with ReMax Exclusive in 2004. By January of 2006, Nick was already excelling and received special recognition for Top Team Production. The experience of being a seasoned investor allowed a seamless transition for Nick and he was able to assist both homebuyers and home sellers effectively. After numerous transactions and years with both ReMax and Douglas Realty as a Top Producer, Nick decided to take his success in real estate to the next level. He was interested in growing his business and joined Fathom Realty in 2013 as the District Director. He is now also the Regional Vice President of Fathom Realty Maryland. Nick put his years of training, education and experience to his advantage and received his Broker license for both Maryland and Washington, DC. The Fathom Realty Maryland, LLC Broker office is located in Odenton, the heart of West Anne Arundel county. Nick grew up in Severn, graduated from Old Mill High School and now lives in Odenton with wife Melissa, who is also a Realtor. They both keep busy caring for their daughter and son. Nick is a graduate of University of Maryland Baltimore County with a Bachelors of Science in Health Service Management and has enjoyed his career as a Firefighter for Montgomery County. Nick's personal interests are hockey, football, and he has a huge passion for poker.

The photo shoot results were simply amazing and I especially loved the aerial drone shots. Nick, and his associate Victoria, were always very quick to respond to every question or need we had.
