Review Nick & Brittney went above and beond with helping us get the right house. They found a gas leak and helped get it fixed, without them we would have never known. Everytime we had a question they answered in their honest opinion, and would answer within the day we asked. They are both very pleasant to talk to and felt like they communicate the information in a way that we could easily understand. Even after we closed, they are still checking to make sure everthing went well and if they could do anything to help. I like their energy and would recommend them to anyone we know!

From our first call with them, to our most recent interactions (which continue right up to and past the closing date), they have both been very responsive to our needs. We really appreciated all the time they took to really find out what we were looking for, and then how knowledgeable they were of the local market, which neighborhoods would best suit us and which house was more our style. After we found our new home, Nick was also super helpful in putting together an offer, organizing the thousands of minute details necessary to close a deal, and even helped us find a contractor to modify the new house to our liking. Review THANK YOU Nick and Brittney Allison!! From day one I knew we had a connection. Yall made this process smooth and painless from start to finish. Brittney was great with the coordination of the contractors ( landscaping, painting, plumbing, electrical, pest control, inspector, etc). Brittney made sure that every job was completed to the highest standards before she gave her approval. Brittneys recommendation of getting the home staged made a significant difference in making an empty house feel like a home. You will always be in good hands with Nick the NEGOTIATOR!! With the multiple offers that were submitted Nick made the process of elimination much easier. Nick knew which offers were weak and which offers were strong. Nick was great in helping me counter offers that were not so appealing. Nick and Brittneys knowledge and expertise helped me get top dollar for my house, they really keep track on how the housing market has been fluctuating. Nick and Brittney are so easy to get along with and that goes along way in selling a home.
