After a successful 18-year career in IT management, I transitioned to real estate and found a home with C21 Results; a company that embodies the values and characteristics I firmly believe in- honesty, integrity, trust, and excellence. I take a relationship over transactions approach to every interaction. That is because I believe that people that partner with me aren't just another number or another transaction. Rather, I believe in establishing a life-long relationship with you and to be a valued resource guiding you through one of the biggest and most important purchases that you'll ever make. For me, it's about how I helped the person or the family at the end of a closing. Everyone has a story, everyone has a "why." The greatest reward is seeing a first time buyer beam with joy at the sense of accomplishment of purchasing a home. Similarly, seeing someone sigh a sigh of relief after I've helped solve a problem and get out of a bad situation, or helping someone accomplish the goal of "setting roots" down after most of their life has been spent moving. That is what it is all about; how I help people and the connections & relationships made in the process. That is the true reward at the end of a closing and it is what makes me work tirelessly for every client, every time. On the off-chance I'm not working, I can be found enjoying family time with my wife and kids, attending my son's basketball games, or working out. My love for life, appreciation for family and desire to meet and exceed client expectations drives my dedication for my work, which is why I always bring my best self to work.
