I was born and raised in Georgia and have lived in the South Metro Atlanta area for the last 16 years. I graduated from college with a degree in Marketing. Today, I combine my marketing background and my passion for truly helping others as a REALTOR. I have helped with buyers, sellers, investors local and over seas, short-sales, foreclosures, and have even been blessed to help with the sale and purchase of a couple of Churches. I was an out of state seller and Nichole did a terrific job of handling things as boots on the ground for me. She was able to secure an offer exceeding my expectations. Nichole communicated with me regularly throughout the process which was very helpful. When a couple of things came up from the inspection, she went the extra mile to get the repairs done. When my management company was not cooperating in a timely fashion, she found alternative vendors to make the necessary repairs and even saved me $1500 in the process. I would HIGHLY recommend Nichole Peterman as a very friendly, professional and dedicated Real Estate Agent. She will work hard on your behalf.
