Dear Sellers and Buyers, I cannot say enough complimentary things about Nichole Krieger as a professional realtor. In February 2021 my wife and I were interested in viewing two homes. We contacted one of Zillows suggested realtors. Contacting Nichole totally at random was by far the best part of our lakefront home search. Her thorough knowledge of the area, the HOAs, market trends, and the comps in the area was impressive. However, what was even more amazing was the research she sent us the next day concerning those prospective homes. Over the next five months, Nichole always had our familys best interest at heart. We looked at dozens of homes during that time and Nichole visited dozens of others for us when we could not make the 100 mile trip. On all of these homes, Nichole provided videos, photos, supporting documents, and advice. We did place competitive offers on several homes that unfortunately went to other buyers, but Nichole never let us get discouraged.
