As a first time home buyer, I had a million questions about the process of buying a house. Nick was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions thoroughly. He scheduled showings very quickly and was able to work around our busy schedules. One thing that we really appreciated about Nick was his communication and how quickly he replied. He always kept us in the loop during negotiation and our escrow period. He also has a lot of great referrals & contractors which was very helpful.
