1) What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?
Have an idea of what you want in a home. There are many homes in the area, knowing what you want will help find the right home quicker. Then call a Realtor who can help you in the buying process.
2) What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?
Keep the home in top condition. Make sure curb appeal is there, home is clean and neat, and furnished properly. If a home is appealing to the eye it has a better chance of selling.
3) What types of clients have you worked with?
I have worked with sellers and buyers. I have experience dealing with land, lots, homes and more.
4) Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?
I had a home listing in Ormond Beach. We listed the property perfectly and sold the home within 7 days. Everything went smooth and closing was a breeze.
5) How did you get started in Real Estate?
I started in Real Estate to help homeowners in one of the largest transactions they will have in their lifetime. My goal is to get the best price possible for both my buyers and sellers and to make the process smooth sailing.
6) Do you have any special education or training that will benefit your clients?
I have a background in customer service and also have a license in Residential Construction. If my clients need work in a home to sell or need work in a new home they are buying I can assist them.
