What can I say about Nick Smith, the Realtor? Well, for starters, the guy has a crazy work ethic. I can?t remember the last time I called him on a Saturday and he wasn?t working. Nick is highly driven and passionate about helping people find what they are looking for in the market. Whether it?s your first time buying or a forever home, he?ll grind through the seemingly endless amounts of options to find the right fit for you. He does the heavy lifting so you don?t have to. Buying a house requires a lot of back and forth, market research, appointments, inspections? the list goes on. Nick had me covered. He made sure all my ducks were in a row so the deal would go through as smooth as possible. And it did! He doesn?t shy away from a challenge. Four hours in the car for a thirty-minute meeting? Not a problem for Nick. The man will rise for any occasion, even if it means getting up at 5 A.M. He?s going to do whatever it takes to get the job done.
