Nick is the best realtor you can find in SJ! As first time home buyers, we had no idea where to start our process. We didnt even know where to start with a realtor. We were able to find Nick by seeing how active he was by GIVING BACK to his community. Everything from finding a way for our mortgage, putting in fast offers, back and fourth communication, Nick is amazing at. Evening or morning, Nick is quick to respond. He gives sound advice to represent his buyers. When it came to getting in to view a house, he made quick appointments for viewing, put in offers (that he gave sound advice in) quickly. Nick was with us from the start of knowing nothing, to the end and even checked in with us after the keys were in our hand. HANDS DOWN BEST REALTOR EXPERIENCE I HAVE HAD! This man will go above and beyond for you and ensure you find the perfect home! The knowledge he has is absolutely invaluable when buying a home. All you have to do is tell him what you want and he will work hard to find that perfect match. Communication is excellent from day one.
