My husband and I were looking to list our home and purchase a new one. On our first meeting, he spent an extensive amount of time walking through our home and property and giving us advice on what to focus on to get our house ready to put on the market. Any time we needed someone to help with a project Bob had a contact to help and put us in touch with people who not only did great work but were affordable. Anytime we had a question, he made himself available. We put our trust in him and took his advice anytime he offered it. When our house went on the market, we ended up with 6 offers in 2 days of showings. While we were getting our house ready to sell, he was constantly sending us listings based on the criteria we were looking for, often getting us a viewing the day the house went on the market. The day we found our new home, Bob sent us a listing the evening before it went on the market, getting us a first viewing. This allowed us to put a first bid on the house and ultimately getting the house. He walked us through every step and helped us so much. We found our new home before we put our house on the market, which could have been extremely stressful. However, Bob took care of every step or walked us through how to complete any task needed. He made sure that we were able to close within a timeframe that worked for everyone and handled so much for us. It was the smoothest transition one could ask for. We were in the best hands, and I am so thankful to Bob for helping us through the process. I am constantly recommending him to others and sing his praises whenever possible. I still contact him years later because I know that he has amazing contacts that love to work with him because hes so good at what he does. Thank you, Bob, for everything!
