About Nicholas Madsen
Nicholas was born in Lehigh Valley, PA, and grew up in Port Orange with his family and graduated from Daytona State College in 2020, majoring in Computer Science. At the height of COVID-19, Nicholas decided he wanted to serve his community with grocery delivery, especially for those who were and still are unable to shop for themselves, whether it be COVID-19 related or for those with disabilities. He knows the area well from servicing his hundreds of clients over the years. In his spare time Nicholas enjoys working out at the local Planet Fitness or simply going out to grab a bite to eat with family and friends. 1) What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?
There is SO much advice to give, make sure you've spoken to a lender to know how much you can shop for, getting a home inspection is also incredibly important even if you're purchasing a new construction home. 2) What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?
Price it right, the first time.
3) What types of clients have you worked with?
I've worked with both buyers and sellers. Ranging from friends to family, or even clients that became friends throughout the home buying or selling process.
5) How did you get started in Real Estate?
Believe it or not, I did not want to get into Real Estate. I graduated from Daytona State College majoring in I.T. and wanted an office job. However, the forces that be pulled me into Real Estate and I haven't stopped yet.
6) Do you have any special education or training that will benefit your clients?
I have completed the 2023 Homebuyer Loan Program Training Certification, which has made me more knowledgeable about First Time Home Buyer programs and the Hometown Hero's program. I've also completed the Neighborhood Real Estate Specialist course. I am always doing my best to keep myself up to date and explore new trainings.
