He has great ideas for design and how to change the floor plan if you wanted to expand or improve the flow of the home . After finding ourselves in an unfortunate living situation, my family and I were thrusted into the housing market at probably the worst possible time for a buyer; two months into the pandemic. No matter how busy he was he always was available to answer any question we had (no matter how dumbaEUR| oh man and did I have some dumb ones). He went above and beyond to not just make sure we knew the weight of our decisions, but non intrusively protected us from making bad ones. Nick also protected us from what has turned into a bloodbath of a market for buyers. From houses with the aEURoelipstick on a bigaEUR? treatment and deceptive sellers/realtors, Nick didnt let anything get past him. We saw houses that were barely standing sell within 24 hours well above asking price. We were being outbid on houses we didnt even like in places we were not happy with. We were anxious, pressured and frustrated by our personal situation and need to find a home. But, Nick kept us disciplined and patient and because of that he prevented us from making what could have been one of the biggest financial mistakes of our lives. Our collective patience paid off when we finally found aEURoethe oneaEUR? and closed on our house last week. We didnt compromise on size, location or quality in any way and spent what we wanted.. something that seemed completely impossible nearly 2 years ago. Listen, its a jungle out there right now. But, you can easily navigate this market if you have the right person swinging on the vines in front of you. (Nick, Ill be expecting a Tarzan photoshop asap) Without Nick, our dream of finding a home would not have been possible. He will give you his all and will stop at nothing to find your aEURoeoneaEUR?. Reader Beware: This review is lengthy, but worth it. Let me start off by saying my husband and I had tossed around the idea of selling but had decided against it until our old realtor reached out and basically promised the moon (which was never delivered, probably a moon shortage or something). After a month of it sitting with zero offers and no one even coming to look at the house we decided to part ways. A friend of mine sent me a parody video Nick made and said "I found your new realtor" and I decided this guy seemed just crazy enough to deal with us. Poor Nick, he had no idea what he was getting into. He walked through our house and gave us a TON of homework, it took a few months to prep the house and get her ready for her big debut. However I am now ready for my own show on HGTV after all the new skills I learned. First open house came and Nick ACTUALLY got people to show up! And a few offers, the house was under contract within 2 weeks, we were ecstatic! The joy did not last long however because these buyers presented us with more hurdles and challenges (not all of them were their fault actually but you get the point). After 2 lenders and 2 months of emotional abuse the deal fell through and we were back to square one (Nick now has about 3 new blood pressure medications thanks to our house). We did MORE prep for another open house and by the grace of Jesus himself we were under contract again after one open house! Basically Nick sold our house twice in less time than it sat on the market with the first realtor. After months of hyperventilation and many trips to the liquor store we CLOSED. At this point Nick is basically part of the family and will most likely be invited to the next Thanksgiving dinner. We still have to buy another house but I'm confident he will get that done as well. If you want a realtor that's relentless, good at photoshop, and will literally go to war for you in the most professional way possible, then Nick is your guy!
