He is incredibly knowledgeable, and is very dedicated to getting you what you want in the very exciting but stressful process of house hunting. If youre tired of people with poor to no communication, who rarely return your calls then look no farther. This is our familys second house purchase in the last couple years as our very first purchase really deterred us from wanting to buy again. We had a pretty awful first time experience with poor communication from our lender at the time, and requests to submit the same documents numerous times. It was a headache! Nick really made this second experience for us so worthwhile though. He was always in communication with us, guiding us along the way with nothing but our best interest at heart. We really couldnt have asked for a better agent and we are so grateful to have been able to work with him. I can say that experience really does make a difference in certain situations, especially in finding your dream home. Im aware everyone has to start somewhere but if you were going to get your hair cut, and you had option A just finished school hairdresser or option B 20 year hairstylist youll more then likely choose option B. Unless you do not mind the possible risk of butched hair then you might choose A, lol. Its the same concept essentially when finding the right, experienced agent in your home search. Lastly we have nothing but great respect and admiration towards our vets and Nick is a Veteran which is even cooler! Thank you for your service to all of us Americans and fighting for our freedom but mostly for all your hard work in getting us the house of our dreams! ZillowVERIFIEDNick is a fantastic realtor! He helped us sell our home while at the same time buy a new one. We had been through this process before and it is beyond stressful, but Nick made it easy. When we decided to list our home, Nick would show up and help clean or tidy up anything. Or, he?d help entertain my kids so I could get the house ready for showings. His lovely wife also helped stage my home. She did everything so I didn?t lift a finger. Nick recognizes how hard it can be to keep a house always clean and organized for showings, so he would go out of his way to help. He?s been known to be in the back yard sweeping a patio or helping move furniture around. He is awesome! We also looked at A LOT of houses to buy. Nick made it so fun. He never made me feel rushed or never tried to push me into buying something I was not 100% sure about. Sometimes we would drive up to a house and know it wasn?t the one, but we would still go inside and look for fun. He just has that personality of liking to look at everything. You never know what ideas you might get or what cool or strange things you will find. I agree with everyone that says to meet with different realtors before you agree to one. I would personally recommend Nick as a realtor. You?ll have a pleasant experience and gain a new friend.
