When we approached Nick, it felt like we were the only people on the planet buying a home. He quickly got us into homes to see them and get us into the approval process for a home loan. Due to Covid, the loan process was a little longer than normal, but Nick and his team were fast acting, kept us calm and gave us peace. I wouldn't have wanted to work with anyone but Nick on buying our first home and experiencing a loan delay. Nick was dedicated to us and didn't give up on our first hone process. He honestly made buying our first home a joy and took away all the stress. We talked to several friends and they all said they cried, had a horrible first experience and no communication from their broker but we didn't feel it was a horrible experience, I felt it was amazing!
