Working with Nick made all the difference for our home buying and selling experience! When My husband and I found our dream home Nick was able to get us in to see the house quickly. He confidently walled us through the process of making an offer. We were elated when our offer was accepted, but now needed to list and sell our home quickly. Nick was a necessary resource as we navigated this process. His exceptional market knowledge and strategic approach to listing our home led us to multiple offers and receiving well over asking. Throughout the entire process Nick never made us overinflated promises. He was very straightforward and realistic which my husband and I appreciated immensely.
