Nick cared about not only finding us the perfect house but us as people as well! We searched for 379 days and Nick was by our side the entire time. He never lied to us just to sell a home, he gave us his honest opinion on everything while at the same time teaching us what to look for in houses and any issues we could spot. My wife and I had our hearts broken over and over over the course of that year but Nick was always there with a smile encouraging us to keep going because he knew our perfect house was out there somewhere. I made offers on several properties well over the asking price but lost out to higher bids. As my frustration with the market grew, Nick continued to be positive, telling me he'd find me the perfect place. He worked hard, writing offers, counter offers, constantly negotiating. He was so patient with me every time I changed my mind. I went from wanting a condo, to wanting a single family home, to deciding to build a home. ZillowVERIFIEDI can't even express in words how amazing Nick truly is. He is wonderful and knowledgeable at what he does. He went through each of the many homes we toured and would honestly tell us what we could potentially be looking at down the road in regards to maintence and unexpected costs. He never ever tried to sell us on anything that wasn't right for us or that we didn't love. He never gave up on us through this heartbreaking time of being a home buyer. He was always there when we needed him. He was always available when we contacted him and if he wasn't he always found someone to atleast show us the house and was available if we wanted to submit an offer or ask questions. We always felt better if he was there though. He was so detailed every single time we looked at a house. He is just a good human! He even helped us after the home buying process as we had plumbing issues, garage door issues, he is just so genuinely nice & so helpful! We gained an amazing realtor and home and friend!
