We were relocating from Seattle to Elizabethtown, PA and from the first conversation I had with Nick, I knew we would click. Nick has extensive knowledge of the area, local home builders, flippers, other agents and just the market in general.Nick's communication was top notch and if I ever had to leave him a message (rarely) I always received a call back quickly and typically with the answers I needed. Nick was always honest when we asked for his opinion (and even when we didn't) and was able to steer us away from what could have been potential money pits! I truly appreciate Nick's superb efforts in finding us homes to look at, until we found the one. Nick made sure we were informed of all the pro's and con's and really delivered when we wanted to put offers in. If you need an agent, you will be hard pressed to find one that is as qualified as this man. I am so thankful that we were blessed to have him as our agent.
