First and foremost i want to applaud her patience. As first time home buyers, we really didnt know much of what we wanted, and had no real knowledge of the home buying process. I am personally someone you have to repeat the same thing over and over again to really get what youre saying , and she did it with grace and kindness. She was incredibly knowledgeable of not only mortgage lenders, but what each type of loan is and what would qualify. She walked us not only through houses in our price range, but explained what would and wouldnt be covered by our loans. We also had a situation where a bank prequalified us, and then immediately turned us down when we applied, and she sent us to another lender , where not only were we accepted, but had a smaller downpayment! She was also quite responsive to all of my " out of hours" questions about things she had already explained to me ?? Her negotiation skills are absolutely impeccable as well! We have recommended her to everyone who talks to us about buying a home. Between her professionalism and her " get it done " attitude , she is , in my opinion , the best real estate agent in the area!
