Nichcota Grudzinski

Nichcota Grudzinski was born in Mobile, Alabama and then began her journey traveling throughout the US and central Europe. Growing up in the military community led to her being well versed in diverse environments and learning different cultures. From a young age, Nichcota wanted to be in healthcare. Her love for caring for others became a passion. She started out her nursing career as a certified nurse's aide, and began pursing her Registered Nursing degree shortly after. Nursing is a very fast paced and ever-changing environment. Before completing her degree, she had her daughter Lizzie. Lizzie was born with a rare genetic disorder called Dravet Syndrome. This unexpected set of events caused Nichcota to prioritize her daughter and step away from nursing. Through her time as a mother she has learned how to be quick on her feet and multitask. She excels in environments that challenge her, and is always solving problems effectively. Nichcota and her husband Michael enjoy their time with their herd. They have rescued three Great Pyrenees dogs,( Avi, Bama, Ollie) and also have 3 cats ( Charlie, Elsa, Ana). There is never a dull moment, and when asked Nichcota will always say "What's one more?". Eventually she will get her husband to agree to a mini cow. During the purchase of their first home, Nichcota became intrigued with the process. It was after the sell of their first home and purchase of their forever home that she realized she could use her passion for caring for others to help them find their forever home. Being trained and mentored by the some of the top agents in the business; Nichcota is ready to put her passion for others, problem solving abilities, communication and negotiation skills to work.
