Nic Costa

I was born in Portland and raised in Beaverton where I attended Aloha High School. While there, I was an All-American football and track athlete which led me to a full athletic scholarship to the University of Arizona. During my college years, I was an Academic All Pac-10 performer and received my Bachelor's Degree in Psychology. After my athletic career ended, I decided to put my entrepreneurial skills to work by opening up a fitness gym in Beaverton. After successfully running the gym for a number of years, I started practicing real estate, and in the time I've been practicing, I've built my business to the point where I'm one of the top-producing brokers in the Portland Metro area. I've been featured in the real estate magazine, Top Producers, for being an up-and-coming star in our real estate market. I take pride in my communication skills as I'm very honest, open, and genuine with clients. My background in Psychology helps me communicate more effectively with clients, which is why I believe the process of buying/selling a home is a collaborative effort between the Realtor and client. I look to make the process as simple and as easy as possible, and I look forward to helping you navigate through this journey.
