Perfect experience from start to finish! Weve been impressed with Ngoc since 2014 when he sold us our first house in VA. When we sold our home, we wanted to work with him again. He walked us through every step of the process and made invaluable suggestions that helped sell the house quickly. Ngoc suggested a stager who selected perfect furnishings that helped show the house at its best. Within 48 hours of listing, he created a spreadsheet that allowed us to quickly and easily compare multiple offers above the asking price, and make an informed decision (at 11 pm!).
