Nevin and his team is the best in class in our experience. We had our house listed just a few weeks before the Covid-19 pandemic outbreak and amazingly received 2 offers during that short period of time. But we ended up not accepting those 2 offers as they were low ball offers. During the pandemic, there were basically few showings due to the Governors "stay at home" executive order. Meanwhile, we didn't change our listing price as we firmly believe that Nevin marketed our home precisely at the fair market value. Our patience and trust in Nevin's expertise soon paid off. Within 10 days of Governors lifting of the "stay at home" executive order, we received a 3rd offer of $100 above our full asking price with certain reasonable credit to the buyer. Our sale was closed right before the Independence holiday. We cannot be happier with the results. We feel fortunate that we made the right choice of our real estate agent; we feel thankful that Nevin and his team did the right job for us. Nevin and his team provided the 1st class services from customized market research to timing and positioning our property to the market, as well as precisely setting the fair market price of our property. Nevin and his team provided one-stop full services from listing to closing, including many details of value-added services such as weekly property checking, maintenance watch-out, communication follow-up, ..., that we benefited so much from. We would be more than happy to detail these but are afraid of making this review too long to lose the audience.In summary, we are completely happy and satisfied with Nevin and his team's services and results. They are absolutely the best!!!

Working with Nevin and his team has been great! We met with Nevin and Jeremy to discuss what we were looking for before we decided to go with them. They are very focused an responsive when answering questions and making adjustments. They are also VERY experienced in the Real Estate industry. If this is your first experience with Real Estate (Buying or Selling), like it was for us, they are a great fit. They explained everything we didn't understand and always answered out questions!
