1) What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?
Get approved by a lender before you start looking. It's important to know how much you can afford first
2) What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?
Don't overprice your home. Overpriced homes get very few (if any) showings and just lead to frustration. If you are serious about selling, price your home within 5% of market value, make it fairly easy to show and make sure it is decluttered
3) What types of clients have you worked with?
I have worked with all kinds of buyers from first time buyers, investors and luxury buyers
5) How did you get started in Real Estate?
When I was 11, my parents were in the market to buy and I was fascinated with the home search. I bought my first property (a piece of land) at 16 and got my RE license at 18. Selling RE was hard at 18, so I focused instead on college and getting married and having kids. When I was 29 I decided to get back into real estate so in 1993, I became licensed again and have been doing it full time and loving it ever since.
