Nelson is no ordinary realtor! I can't even beginning to explain how much we put him through! He got 3 of our offers accepted, that is UNHEARD of in this market! He's no ordinary realtor, I tell ya! 3 days before our date to close our lender decided our reserves weren't going to work and told us they were going to cancel our loan!
