ZillowVERIFIEDNeile is a fantastic realtor. We were first time home-buyers at the time when reaching out to Neile. We had a vague idea of what we wanted in our home, but really had no clue having come from years of apartment renting. Neile was patient and encouraging with us as our search requirements changed (multiple times) as we better understood the local market. Her knowledge of the area and willingness to view over 20 homes with us, on our complicated schedule, was more than we could ask for. Ultimately, with her help we found the (starter) home of our dreams and one we are extremely happy in! Neile even had the intuition that this would be the right one, but let us come to that discovery ourselves, and was extremely proactive in getting us the very first appointment the first day the home was listed. We ultimately offered and negotiated a contract less than 12 days of the home being on the market. We couldnt have done it without her! When it came to finding a mortgage, home inspection and other details of which we had no idea what we were doing, she was so helpful finding us people to work with and coaching us through the process. We would highly recommend Niele if you are looking for a relator in the CT area.
