Neil was so easy to work with! I lived a couple hours away and he was always available and flexible with his schedule. We would "power look" when I would come to town. Once you are in contact with Neil, he is there for you every step of the way. He returns all e mails and phone calls very quickly. He is very technical by the fact you can be looking at one house and he has the ability to use his internet on his phone to look at anything else available at that time that you might be interested in.
