There really are not enough words to describe how amazing Neil Rubsam is!! I was selling my property and the tenant refused to move! It was drama on top of drama. Neil could have told me to call him when I had it all sorted out, especially in this crazy market where he could have sold 20 houses while he was helping me. But he did not leave us even for a second!! He was calling us and messaging us to make sure we were ok and helping us where he could!! He stayed with us through the entire legal ordeal. The tenant trashed the property and Neil continued to stay by our side as we were having to clean it up. Afterwards he got it sold and for a profit!! He was with us every step of the way through this nightmare and always gave us the best guidance!! I absolutely cannot thank him enough and if you are looking to sell or buy I cannot recommend Neil Rubsam enough! He always tells the truth and stays in contact! By the end of your process, you feel like you not only met a superior realtor but a friend! Thank you Neil for sticking by us!!

I was introduced to Neil by my best friend I have known for 40 + yrs, she told me he was a great realtor so I took a shot at it and notified him, quick response he came to our property in Bumpass Va. he talked to us about what he does, told us how long he had been a realtor, telling my husband and myself, how much he loved his job, that he was here to put more money in our pockets, he basically told us what we could list our house for (he was only off by $100 from the appraisal) he asked us to think about it, that he would be more then happy to help us find what we were looking for. Talking to Neil for almost 2 hours, we didnt have to think about it, we hired him as our realtor, it took 3 months for us to sell our house, we went through a lot and a lot of repairing what needed to be done, but Neil kept telling us, it will all work out aEURoetrust meaEUR? and he was right, not once did he let us down, he was always positive about every corner we encountered, he never let us down, we closed on our house this past Thursday, thanks to him, I would refer Neil Rubsam (my realtor) to anyone in need of one. One more thing, after looking for 6 months for the exact house we were looking for, Neil found it, we bought it within a month of meeting him, we had a house to buy and we sold ours.. All Hands up for Neil..
